How do I start installing apps?

Register your device and then follow these instructions.

A feature in an app isn't working

If there is a feature in a app that's not working, we will try our best to contact the developer of the app. Most of the time, we deal directly with the developer of the app and can contact them.

Never got an email to activate my login

Be sure to check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, you will need to file a support ticket.

Setup Device Profile can't be installed

Make sure you are using Safari on your iOS device and have private browsing disabled.

A "++" app fails to install

You most likely have custom bundle IDs enabled in the dashboard. Custom bundle IDs break almost all "++" apps.

All apps are crashing

With code signing, Apple can revoke certificates at any time. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about that. Our service includes a revoke replacement tool that you can use to fix your account if the certificate used to sign your apps gets revoked. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on the Member Dashboard (using Safari on your registered iOS device if applicable)
  2. Click the link after "if you believe you have been revoked"
  3. Follow the prompts to help us identify your device
  4. Wait for an email from us with further instructions to setup your device with the new certificate
